Social Media Manager Internship

EMARC ENTERTAINMENT is looking for a creative, talented social media intern to administer our social media accounts for various artists and the company. We are seeking candidates knowledgeable of and skilled in the latest digital technologies and social media trends. 

 

This position will have the specific task of executing the company’s overall marketing plan and managing the social media content with the goals of increasing the social media presence of each artist and the company and generating high levels of web traffic and fan engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with company goals

• Set specific objectives and report on ROI

• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)

• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

• Collaborate with other artists and the executive team to ensure brand consistency

• Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner

• Oversee social media account design

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience in content management

• Proficient administrator skills in all major social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.

• Experience in or understanding of emerging social platforms

• Ability to work independently and produce effective content

• Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent copywriting skills

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

• Solid knowledge platform analytics

• Knowledge of online marketing channels

• Familiarity with web design

• Multitasking skills
